Dylan Baker Photography approached Models Direct looking for three models to star in a campaign for Tynemouth Surf Company. The client was looking for females models with a 'fresh and young' look to pose with surf and skateboards.
Models Direct worked hard to find three models that matched the description provided by Dylan Baker's team, and settled on Edward, Melissa and Claire, who all agreed were perfect for the job!
The assignment involved photographing the models engaged in activities at a skate park and at the beach. The three models were asked to interact with each other and their surroundings whilst modelling Tynemouth Surf Company's latest range of urban clothing and surfwear.
Edward, Melissa and Claire all really enjoyed their assignment, and luckily for both the models and the photographer, the weather stayed fine all day! "I absolutely loved every minute of it, it was amazing," declared model Melissa. "The team I worked with and Models Direct made me so comfortable about it as it was my first assignment."
Dylan also thought the shoot was a great success, and praised both Models Direct and the three models themselves. "We were more than happy with the models; they were terrific," the photographer told us. "Melissa in particular gave us some absolutely fantastic shots during the surfwear part of the shoot - her look was perfect for that." Dylan even invited Melissa to pose for him again, meaning she could get some more valuable photos for her portfolio.
What would Melissa say to someone considering taking up modelling? "Go for it, it's the best experience ever! Just relax and enjoy it, listen carefully to the photographer and take direction."
