Some of our clients have forged long and strong relationships with members of our team. They simply call or email and know their point of contact will respond promptly and efficiently. New clients are welcome to call or email us too. Many chose to fill in the online form instead. But however they choose to get in touch, they know they are guaranteed a swift service.
*Models Direct creates a shortlist
We don’t expect our clients to wade through hundreds, even thousands of models, before making their choice. Unlike other companies and individuals that claim to be “agencies” we don’t simply showcase our models. Clients aren’t expected to browse through photograph after photograph. No, we do the hard work. As a fully government accredited and vetted employment agency, we are constantly looking for work for our models, and one of the many elements of this means working hard to place the right person for the right assignment. When a client sends us a request, we do the legwork in going through all our models to find a suitable selection for the client to choose from.
*The client has the final say
But of course we give our clients a choice! All the models we suggest will be suitable but the client makes the final decision as to who to request. It is their shoot for their campaign and as such they have the final say.

Our clients know we work hard to make sure our models know where to be, when they need to be there and what they need to wear or bring. They know we are there on the end of a phone to smooth out any problems and that we will step in and resolve any issues. They understand we negotiate a fair fee for our models and take on responsibility for paying them promptly after the booking.

By working with Models Direct our clients know the process of finding and dealing with models is safe in our hands. They are then free to concentrate on all the other aspects of organising a photo or film shoot. We do our job and they can get on with theirs.
