In the decades that we have been a leading player in the modelling industry, we have often teamed up with those who provide health and care services.
We are frequently called upon to find male and female models to take on roles for photo and film shoots within the NHS and we work alongside private organisations too.
One recent assignment saw us move into the cutting-edge world of home care and health tech when we were asked by Birdie Care to come up with a pair of models for a photo shoot.
Birdie Care uses the very latest state-of-the-art technology to help improve life for older adults at home and the professionals who care for them.
Today the company is a renowned home care and health tech company that provides a range of digital platforms solutions for both businesses and caregivers.
But for them, it is also important to highlight the end use of their whizzy technology in their promotional material – how the touch of a button or screen can impact the everyday lives of real people.
So, for their photo shoot, they required models to perform the parts of a caregiver and a care receiver.
They specified their requirements to Models Direct and, as usual, our highly professional agents came up with a shortlist of suitable models.
We supplied this to Birdie Care and they chose Paula and Alain to take part in their photo shoot.
Neither of our models had worked with us before, so how did they find the experience?
Alain told us:
“This was my first professional shoot through Models Direct.
“I really liked the experience – it was very laid back with a lot of banter all the time, while still remaining professional and concentrating on the task ahead.
“The instructions were very clear.
“Thank you for the experience.”
Paula told us:
“All the involvement was interactive and we all got on well.
“The company representative said he was very pleased along with the photographer and the other model.
“I was happy with my first assignment.”
