We’re direct in our approach and with a solid thirty years of modelling expertise behind us, we want our potential clients to know that we’re ready to help you book models for your marketing campaign. We do it fast and accurately but always double-check with our clients to see if they’re happy too.
How do we do this? We’ll explain here:
The process a client undergoes for hiring models is simple like it is for prospective models who want to be the face, hands or feet of a campaign.
Clients need to fill in our online application form. They can include a brief if they wish to, although including one does tremendously help us get an idea of what our client needs from us.
Our specialist team welcomes our client’s brief whether it’s long, short, straightforward and solid, or still a work in progress. A brief is everything we need to know about the potential campaign and no doubt, what the model will need to be like.
This is how our MD team then moves onto the next stage which is finding the model(s) according to the brief. Once we’ve selected the models who we believe fit the bill, we get our client’s opinion and the final decision rests with them. They can get the chance to first hand see the models in the flesh or on video.
If they’re happy, we go ahead and inform our talent about the delightful news of them being booked for a job. If for some reason our selected model(s) cannot make it for the campaign, we move on to another model that shows availability and interest.
After the assignment has been completed, we gather feedback from both clients and models to find out what went right and where we can improve our services moving forward. Our agency is open to all kinds of reviews. It helps us learn to grow and develop more efficiently as a talent management company even if we’ve been in the industry for thirty years plus!
