What happens when never-met-before models collaborate and their energy and vibe match? Let’s see!
This summer, an exceptional campaign was planned with Models Direct. It’s vision? To raise awareness and inform people about a life-saving medical device, something definitely worth making noise about.
Our expert modelling coordinator, Gemma, was in charge of the powerful campaign where she connected mature and adult models with a worthy cause that literally had a matter of life or death motto. But the booking’s positive effect didn’t conclude when the cameras stopped clicking and the film stopped rolling.
When it comes to striking up new friendships, can make your heart and mind feel happy and content. This summer assignment saw how our diverse models did just that. Our modelling agency knows first-hand how great things can happen on set and behind the scenes when we have models who have never met before, walk away forging bonds and newfound friendships.
On this particular project, our bunch of bubbly models all really kicked it off from the word go. They had a blast on set under the summer sun and blue skies. They got to produce excellent stills to showcase their skills and talent and promote the device just the way the client intended.
Not only were the group selected as they were relatable with their target audience in mind but they reflected the community vibe that the client wanted to portray. This certainly became a reality when they were all hands on deck for the summer project, all chatting, enjoying their time together and earning money for raising awareness about something incredibly valuable.
We find that this scenario often happens where the modelling profession can form deep running connections and help build strong friendships.

Male model Simon VYRZ-4488 left us with this wonderful feedback to reflect on his experience. Here’s what he had to say:
“My 2nd job with models direct and usually they were very helpful with providing the details of the job. Had a great shoot which was for an amazing cause. Met some wonderful people, the organiser’s were really professional and friendly and had a great day on set.”

“Another enjoyable shoot expertly arranged by Models Direct! This was for a different client from my previous assignments so I wasn’t sure what to expect but the brief sent via e-mail beforehand was clear and concise. The day itself was great! Helpful supportive crew and as previously, the other models on set were all chatty and friendly and we all enjoyed the experience.

“Had a fabulous first shoot. A group of seven strangers left the shoot as friends in a WhatsApp group. A great experience thoroughly enjoyed from the moment I arrived. The photographers were professional but also amusing, friendly and very helpful. I can’t wait to do more. Thank you models Direct.”

“Considering that this was my first assignment, I felt completely at ease attending. This was due to the team sharing exhaustive details which gave us a true understanding of what the assignment involved.
Before I left the train station, I met another lady who was involved too and we met another lady in our carriage … we hit it off straight away. The rest of the individuals on the shoot were equally great and the crew were brilliant, relaxed, polite and professional.
Quite a few of us went for lunch after and we have set up a WhatsApp group to stay in touch. We are all pleased that the team put us together and we hope that we will be able to work together in the near future. Thank you once again for this wonderful opportunity to work with such inspirational individuals.”
