We’re thrilled when our models, clients, and production teams come together to create head-turning print and digital marketing material, just as much as they are!
It was no different when our lovely female model Yasmina was booked with first-class Birmingham-based Only Commercial Recruitment.
Our team has the honour of announcing a booking to all our models over the phone and it never gets old, hearing them jump for joy. When we called our talent to inform her that she had been selected for a booking, Yasmina was absolutely thrilled to bits. We could hear it in her voice!
Our modelling coordinator informed her all about the booking – the day, time and location, what she needed to do, wear and food/drink to take along with her.
Yasmina got to work with Simon, managing director, around Birmingham City Centre to capture the vibe of the city and of course, to present the recruitment agency’s professionalism and prowess it exudes especially for their clients.
It’s great that we have a happiness check, which is our follow-up/feedback protocol. Our MD team ensures we note every model and clients’ take away from their experience working with us. Why? This is so that we can continue to improve our services and processes to suit better the changing needs of everyone we work with.
