Our long-standing relationship with retail giants Morrisons continued when they recently picked Marcus and Ewelina for their latest promotion campaign.
The Northern supermarket chain reduced the price of snack favourites Pringles to a tasty 44% in late September, helping loyal customers stock-up on the savoury crisps in the lead-up to Christmas. Pringles are a cult favourite amongst snack munchers, with millions of fans taking their slogan “Once you pop, you can’t stop” literally. Their concept began in the 1950s, but it took a few more years to perfect the recipe, and they were first introduced in the late 1960s. Nowadays they are as familiar in supermarkets as any brand.
However, even large brands need promotions, and those who sell top-selling brands always need top quality commercial models. The role of Marcus and Ewelina was to portray friendly Morrisons staff showing off a variety of Pringles flavours to tempt customers into a bargain. Not that there was much tempting to portray, as even the most cynical shopper could see this was a deal not to pass up. The photos certainly highlighted how much they enjoyed the assignment; we always love to read evaluations from our models, and especially when they pose with hard-earned cheques, which they receive within five working days from the end of their modelling jobs.

Debutant Ewelina was eager to report that her pre-shoot nerves were unfounded as soon as she got down to business. She said, “I had my first shoot yesterday and I was nervous for no reason! It was a photoshoot for the Pringles campaign, and I was dressed as the store colleague. The shoot was super fun and exciting the whole way through. The team made me feel comfortable and the instructions for the photos were clear. I also want to mention that Charlie at Models Direct made the whole process easy and made me feel ready and at ease prior to my shoot.
