Taking part in watersports is not only great fun – but it can be confidence-boosting and character-building too.
Just like child modelling!
The Andrew Simpson Foundation believes that everyone should be able to access and participate in sailing and other water-based activities, regardless of background or ability.
As such, they have centres across the UK where they run courses on everything from sailing to windsurfing and paddle-boarding to power boating.
Their latest scheme, which is in partnership with the Royal Navy Sailing Association and funded by Greenwich Hospital, aims to encourage young people from Naval families to get on the water.
And they came to us for a group of smiling young models to help them promote it.
As usual, we considered their requirements carefully and came up with a selection to meet their needs.
And from our exceptional bunch of youngsters, they selected Bethel, Beatriz and Freeman.
So our terrific trio weighed anchor and took off for the afternoon’s assignment.
And afterwards, they were all quick to come back to us to tell us just how much fun they’d had!
Beatriz, for example, told us:
“I had a great time at the shoot!
“It was awesome working with the other models.
“Everyone was super helpful and the whole process was amazing.”
And Bethel agreed, saying:
“It was a very good experience.
“All the information and guidance from Models Direct was very clear.
“The photo shoot was very good and professional.
“It was an excellent day!”
Young Freeman followed instructions carefully and really gave his all to the whole modelling experience. He told us:
“I put in the effort to ensure I did my best and the shoot went well.
“It was an amazing shoot and full of fun for me – and meeting the other models was a pleasure
“The people were warm, welcoming, funny and easy-going.
“They absolutely made my day.”
