What is an E-portfolio 

Short answer: an online space where models of any age can get their images uploaded for their agency and clients, who are interested, in seeing their modelling skills. 

At Models Direct, we provide an ePortfolio account to all of our registered models – humans and animals. They can explore and experiment with images they’d like to showcase to our clients by directly uploading snaps either from their smartphone or device for ease, 24/7.

Airbnb is home-away-from-home offering accommodation options to suit everyone’s needs covering all parts of the UK and the world! One of our lucky female models got to model outside a cute mini home in Northamptonshire in the summer of 2024. With an impressive star rating of 4.98, our talent utilised the perfect location as a set in the lush landscapes to showcase TOFT, a British craft company specialising in beginner kits in knitting and crochet. 

Taquana was our handpicked model who was perfect for the project. She shone through the variety of incredible outdoor photos taken of her on the premises in handmade apparel and accessories in the warm weather. Taquana was cool, calm and collected and we could feel her positive and open energy as she took centre stage so naturally for the marketing campaign.

A question we get asked all the time – Why do I ned to update my pictures on portfolio?

The answer is all about one word: relevance.

This is extremely important in the selection process at Models Direct. All images and reels must be up-to-date and current, which means they’ll be relevant.

The best example we can use is that of a top brand looking for everyday models for their latest campaign. This scenario applies for most of our jobs. When a client comes to us with a job brief, it’s our responsibility to give them a shortlist of suitable models that fits their brief. We do this based on information included in a model’s ePortfolio: images, reels, geographical location, age etc. All information must be accurate, and all pictures must be current. If a model meets the briefs requirements but their ePortfolio hasn’t been updated for a few months, this can only minimise the changes of models being chosen.

Here at Models Direct, we mange each booking direct with our clients, brief and prep our models and have regular contact throughout any booking, both with models and clients.

Following any booking, we pay our models within 5 working days.
