No two assignments are ever the same and every job brings new experiences and involves meeting new people.
At Models Direct we pride ourselves on the incredible variety of modelling assignments we send our models of all types on.
As an established agency, with a reputation stretching back three decades, we work with clients of every size, ranging from small, local businesses to some of the biggest brands in the world.
We also send our models on all sorts of jobs, where they could do anything from acting as extras in TV shows to appearing as models in fashion shoots.
We have fulfilled assignments for major supermarket brands, such as Sainsbury’s and Tesco, for example, as well as for high street stores including John Lewis and Next.
Our models have appeared in advertisements and campaigns for the likes of Sky, Mcdonalds and Nintendo, as well as Boots, Aviva and Deliveroo.
The list goes on and on – and also among our renowned international clients is Ford.
Ford Commercial Vehicles required a group of models to appear as extras in an advertisement for vans.
As usual, we sifted carefully through our books looking for any of our models who fitted the bill in terms of what the client had requested.
In addition to requiring male models of a certain age, Ford wanted young men who were confident to act in their roles and to interact with others
We put a selection of our male models forward – and Clide, Osahon, Joe and Tyler were chosen for the assignment.
Eager to earn a little extra money and to work for a big name client, all four accepted the work.
Filming took place over the course of a day at an outside location; the guys were asked to wear warm clothes and told they would have to pose as workers with vans.
This is what Joe had to say afterwards: “It was a really enjoyable experience being on site with the other models for Ford Motor Company. I learned a lot and was treated very well. The other models were top fun and I would definitely do something like this again. Thanks Models Direct. It was my first time doing this sort of thing and I was really satisfied with how it went.”
Osahon said: “It was really good to being a model for Ford Commercial cars today, and I would love to do it again. The most enjoyable part of my assignment, is networking and working with other models. I was ask to sit in a mini truck playing the part of the as the driver,. I felt confident and comfortable. Been a model is exciting that’s why I decided to join Models Direct so that I can pursue my career in the modelling industry.“
