School is not always the right learning environment for every youngster but luckily there are other options.
Academy21 is a provider of live, online, alternative education provision, working with hundreds of schools and thousands of pupils across the country.
And the organisation, which supports students with behavioural, medical and mental health needs, needed a selection of teen models to pose for images for its website.
It approached Models Direct explaining its requirements and our fabulous team of agents came up with a superb selection of young people for them to choose from.
Elizabeth, Maria, Fleur, Roshan and Dominic were all selected by the client to take part in a photo shoot in Cwmbran
They had to pose for the camera at their desks and laptops, looking studious and engaged as if engrossed in their lessons and learning.
For many of our young models, the photo shoot was their first-ever modelling experience, so we were eager to find out if they’d enjoyed it and what they’d learned from the experience.
Fleur told us:
“I had amazing communication throughout the process of the casting.
“The people involved were super kind and understanding individuals, who made me feel so comfortable and easy.”
Elizabeth said:
“It was my first experience on a modelling job and it wasn’t at all what I expected but it was really fun.
“Everyone was super nice and it was a really entertaining day.
“Thank you Models Direct for this amazing opportunity.”
Roshan had also never modelled before. He told us:
“As this was my first modelling assignment I didn’t know what to expect but Models Direct put me at ease from start to finish.
“I was given all the information I needed to understand what was expected of me and what I could expect on the day.
“Everyone was very friendly and it was a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
“I really enjoyed the whole experience and can’t wait for my next shoot!”
The feedback from Dominic’s family was also very positive:
“Well, what can I say apart from an absolutely amazing and professional experience from start to finish.
“Charlie has been incredibly helpful, kind and supportive with answering any questions that I had and being very prompt with her replies to emails and phone calls.
“The team who Dominic worked with were also extremely helpful and very friendly towards us.
“The day went well and was very relaxed and smooth.
“Dominic did some shots posing in different lights and with different equipment.
“He changed tops a couple of times but again everything was extremely relaxed and calm.
“We look forward to hopefully working with Charlie again!”
