You can really get paid to go on holiday!
Models Direct is connecting with big and small businesses every day. Today, we’re bringing you another booking we had with a business that is a popular holiday destination – Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks.
Set in North Devon, England, the holiday park is the place to access a beautiful inland holiday destination. It’s definitely another UK staycation to add to your list.
It turned out to be just the dream break for our family models, the Vidler Family and the Saddigh Family, who were selected for local photoshoots. This made business sense since the holiday park is particularly popular with families.
When our specialist booking coordinators were in touch with our star families to relay the good news that they’d been selected, we were on standby for an unexpected response…and possibly a few happy tears! We didn’t underestimate the disbelief and sheer excitement from both families. It was class!
Both family models were thrilled (you can see this from the smiles on all their faces from our snapshots) that they’ll not only get the chance to see the grounds and facilities in the flesh but also get paid!
That’s the magic that modelling brings and we see and hear this every time we book our talented models with clients who have requested to hire them from our books.
In the run-up to the shoot, we passed on Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks’ brief to both families and explained what their working schedule would look like, including important factors that parents always have at the top of their list like accommodation (especially since the modelling assignment meant a few days away from home), food, travel and facilities.
At Models Direct, some of our team members are parents too so we understand all the logistics that run through mums and dad’s minds involving school holidays (box ticked with this assignment as both families were booked before the back-to-school routine), time off work and other commitments that need to be tide over till they’re back in the neighbourhood.
This is why we ensure our models of all formations – family models, couple models or siblings models – are available for the assignment and can commit (to some degree). We also understand that life brings challenges and springs up all sorts of unexpected things. So if a family model cannot attend a promised booking, it’s okay (but we always request as much advance notice as feasibly possible).
Both families provided accommodation the day and night before for the shoot as a courtesy for their upcoming work and of course, for the families to enjoy and become familiar with the setting.
The Saddigh Family
The shoot date for the Saddigh Family was set. It was a lovely sunny day in Devon, the blue skies looked tranquil and the temperature was picture perfect for this time of year. The family – mum, dad and their two sweet girls – had a lot of fun in the pool, bungee jumping in the warm air, and chilling out indoors.
Our behind-the-scenes images reflected this beautiful weather and the amazing facilities at the holiday parks including their caravan and camping sites and access to the magnificent coastline of Woolacombe Bay.
The Vidler Family
Our next family’s shoot date was set up for the day after. It had mum, dad, teen son and young daughter. They too were able to explore the area, enjoy their time, stay for a while and get paid!
Family modelling is a big part of Models Direct. There’s no experience needed, all you have to do is fill in your details and we’ll make the rest happen. We’ve got opportunities lined up, and a paid holiday could be one of them!
