I was an extra on an advert for Lloyds TSB, playing one of a crew of 1930's Lifeboat-men being hauled up Holkham Beach by a team of Black Horses. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole day.
We were really well looked after by the film crew, and everyone was very helpful including make up, costume and directors. The other extras were a great crowd and as we spent the whole morning together on the lifeboat this made for a great sense of camaraderie.
It was also fascinating seeing just how much effort and precision goes into creating what will in the end be a very short piece of promotional film.
A very big thank you to Talent Management for the opportunity to gain experience in 'extra' work which is an additional career development on top of the modelling work I have been doing. I'm looking forward to further experiences in this branch of the entertainment industry.

I had to play the part of a coxswain on a restored 1930's lifeboat being pulled into shore by horse on location on the North Norfolk Coast. I was nervous to start off with but the film crew soon put us all at ease. I had a most enjoyable day and met some great people.
It was an immense feeling being on set and good to get an insight to seeing the mechanics of how everything works and falls into place. I would urge anybody who is thinking of signing up with Talent Management to do it. You will not regret it.
Talent Management have been brilliant and organised everything with military precision throughout the registration process and everything that is involved with the assignments process.

My modeling job was for a new product on the market to help with the treatment of psoriasis brought to you by Philips. The job entailed getting the public's attention by drawing in potential customers to our stand to which our exhibition was on display. It was an enjoyable task that basically involved confidently approaching people at the in hope to gain there interest in the gadget. It was a great company to work for and their generosity regarding food and accommodation etc far outweighed my expectations. Thanks to Talent Management for the opportunity.

I had a great day shooting for the new Lloyds TSB advert. It was genuinely one of the best experiences I've ever had because I'm looking for a job in the industry and it was great to see a professional production crew working on a real advert. My job as an extra involved me jumping out of a moving boat and running through the water past the horses that were pulling the boat. At first I thought I'd be fine, but it got quite tiring as I had to do it about 6 times! I wouldn't say I was nervous before because I'm used to being in the sea as I used to be a fisherman, but there was a bit of pressure to get it right on the final takes. Other than that, the whole thing went smoothly and the crew were great with me.
I would definitely recommend this experience to other people who are thinking they would like to be in TV or films. I signed up to an agency because its an easier way to get work and I've always wanted to do a bit of modelling. It's great fun to be involved in and I would like to say thank you to Talent Management because without them I would never have been given this great opportunity.

I had an absolute blinder on yesterday's assignment! I thoroughly enjoyed my day and would recommend the experience to anyone. Mark (the photographer) gave great direction. I wish I could do this all day everyday! I was nervous before my first modelling job, but this time I was excited beforehand. Each job just gets better. Everyone should have an account with Talent Management - there is something for everyone!

It was really nice to work with Fiona at Penny Dreadful Menswear again - very professional and friendly too. Modelling keeps me motivated and I look forward to my next job. Thanks Talent Management, from Gaetano

Very much enjoyed being a Queens Guard as part of a PR stunt on Friday evening. Overall it was an enjoyable experience and we had a good reception from the Swiss customers/consumers aboard the boat. Thank you Talent Management for this experience, Tommy

This was a simple PR stunt, myself and another model has to dress as members of the Queens Guard for an event on the Thames in London. The customers were very receptive to us, wanting plenty of photos with the vistas of London passing in the background.
In terms of advice for others, be on time and be flexible. We ended up doing a bit of overtime, but were both happy for the extra money!
This was a good experience and a little different from the normal photos shoot style events. Thanks Talent Management!

I was quite nervous the night before my first assignment, but on arrival I was made to feel very welcome and at ease immediately. The shoot went very well and I cannot thank Talent Management enough for all their help with relaxing me and keeping my confidence up. Roll on the next job - I'm ready and can't wait!

As this was my first experience being a male model, I felt very nervous beforehand. The idea of not being good enough being my main concern, however, once I'd met the photographer I instantly felt more relaxed and did then find that I was enjoying the experience and learning a lot. Now having the experience, I know that it is something I would want to do again.
I was asked to pose in a James Bond like setting for a National Lottery campaign in which they were promoting an unclaimed ticket that was won on Valentines Day 2015. I was asked to pose with roses, wine an a large lottery cheque along the beach front on Dawlish beach in Devon. The use of props (roses, wine and a large cheque) was the most enjoyable part, possibly because I felt it took the focus away from me! The photo shoot helped me gain more confidence in front of the camera, which is something I will take with me into the future.
I would recommend the experience to others, as I feel a lot of people would also enjoy this kind of assignment just as much as I did. I believe confidence is the main key if you are thinking of doing work in the talent industry, if you have this then I would certainly say join Talent Management as they spend a lot of time finding work for you. I joined for the experience, I had heard of people doing it before and thought I should try it for myself. I was a little skeptical at first that I wouldn't receive any work, but this now isn't the case. I do try to keep my porfolio updated, but not as much as I think is required as I'm not one for taking photos of myself, and this being my first assignment I don't have any professional shots to add in, until now anyway!

Yesterday (Wed 22/04/2015), I was asked to play an interviewee (a politician) for an upcoming corporate commercial representing Duracell batteries. The video shoot took place in Central Gardens in Bournemouth and filming was between 2pm-6pm that day.
I was nervous beforehand, being that this was my first time doing this sort of thing and I didn't know what to expect. But after meeting the crew (who were really cool and friendly) and working with them, I found the whole experience most enjoyable indeed.
I enjoyed getting to know some of the crew including producer Neil, contributor Jo and Sarah who played the reporter interviewing me. I certainly learned some new skills including what positions to be in front of camera, give short answers and to look presentable (smiley face and that!). I also gained confidence and experience from the time I served there, experience which I hope to find useful in the future when pursuing work through Talent Management.
I think Talent Management have been really good in setting up the assignment and for that I am most grateful. I am able to give positive feedback about my adventure which has not only given me confidence, but hopefully will persuade others try assignments like these. It's only when you start something for the first time, that you realise how good it actually is. I would recommend this experience to others as it's a great opportunity to understand and learn the skills and techniques of the TV and film industry (even if it's only for a few hours). You get to meet some good people as well which always helps.
I personally joined Talent Management because I wanted to try something new and gain experience and self-confidence from it. My ambition is to take part in TV commercials like Duracell, do some modelling for catalogues, and maybe down the line be an extra in a drama or film. I joined back in October 2014 and I added some quality headshots from a recent shoot in Shoreditch for my portfolio which has really helped my cause.
I think for anyone looking to get into the industry as a model, actor, actress etc, make sure you get really good photos (recent ones), especially headshots because that's how you get responses from production companies and agencies for future work.

On my way to my assignment, I was nervous at first due to not knowing what was expected of me. On arrival everyone was very welcoming and helpful. I had a great time throughout and would love to do something like this again! The whole experience was very enjoyable and picking out one thing I enjoyed most, it would be being strapped to the moving vehicle. My role in this job was a spectator strapped to a moving vehicle. I was asked to look surprised and amazed. I have learnt a lot from this experience - I'm more confident, I know how to act in front of the camera and meeting new people was a great bonus. My advice for anyone thinking about this sort of role is to be outgoing, be prepared for anything that's asked of you and stay positive. Just have fun and you will enjoy the experience! I signed up with Talent Management as the staff were so lovely and helpful. It's ideal to sign up to an agency and I would highly recommend Talent Management to get you started in this industry.

On this particular assignment, I was booked for Duracell's corporate film. I spent a few hours working with other models actors and directors, so I didn't feel nervous at all. The only thing I was worried about was getting there late, but with the help of the Bookings Manager (in this instance - Molly) I was give as much information as I needed to know before the assignment, hence I was able to get there well before the call time.
If you're looking to become a model or actor, the best advice I can give is to prepare yourself and be ready at all times. That is keeping fit, looking good and healthy as you never know when you will need to go out on an assignment. It is also important to be ready mentally, that is having a positive mindset. Being familiar with improvisation is also a great way of preparing yourself.
I would highly recommend Talent Management to anybody looking to propel their modelling/acting career. Talent Management is a great option to consider - there are plenty of opportunities here and you will be working with a great team. If you are going to join the agency it is important to follow up with everyone involved so that you know exactly what is happening. The responsibility is on yourself as a model to get your work done, not just the agency.

This assignment was easily the most fun I have had with my clothes on!! I had been booked to model an excellent new range of clothing from a UK Manufacturer and 3 hours and 750 photos later I think we had cracked it! The photos are already up on the companies website and I cannot begin to describe to you the thrill of seeing the results of our (hard) work already loaded and hopefully adding value to the clients business. The client and photographer were great fun and I am proud to have been involved at the ground floor of what I am sure will be a hugely successful business for them! Thanks to Talent Management for the opportunity.

The filming assignment was an absolute blast right from the moment we arrived on set! It was nice to be in amongst a relatively large group of actors and models who quickly bonded into a fun group. The Production company were very welcoming and looked after us all magnificently throughout the entire project. We got to see a very professional team up-close, and it was fascinating to be able to observe first-hand the process by which they set about completing their task (which we are still sworn to secrecy about!)
I would absolutely not hesitate to recommend anybody to join the Talent Management roster - if you get a gig like the one we've just completed, you'll have more fun than you thought possible and lasting memories and friendships to cherish... :0)

My first assignment on behalf of Talent Management was brilliant - the staff were super friendly and made it a very comfortable experience. It was also a great laugh as the other actors and all the staff were amazing. I would 100% do it again as it is highly enjoyable! The best part of the assignment was most times "cut" was called as something funny had been said or happened... i.e the camera nearly falling of the truck! We assisted with a car illusion based on a moving truck with a celebrity. This experience has built my confidence level back to how it used to be when I was a dancer and I'm highly appreciative for the opportunity.

Being a model was fun, on this particular day it was so easy, despite the fact it was cold and windy. I wasn't particularly nervous at all and I really enjoyed the experience. I met new people and we all had a really good time together, this was something I would do definitely again and I'm really looking forward to doing future work through Talent Management.
It was very easy and a lot of fun when we just hung around and I was talking to lots of people, and had a chance to build new friendships with people who I otherwise would not have met prior to this experience. The task set involved us going on the truck attached with the harness to it. Our group was observers and we didn't have to do much but just to stand on the truck.
Furthermore this was my first experience in shooting for film and I thoroughly enjoyed it - If I'm honest I'm quite a shy person in real life, but I during this experience I realised that in fact when I'm in front of the camera I'm naturally confident which was such a surprise for me.
I would definitely recommend this experience to everyone and anyone. This experience taught me that no matter who you are and what you do, this is a great chance to confidence build and develop yourself to the public. Moreover it is also a fantastic opportunity to meet new people from different walks of life, hear their stories and their journeys, its refreshing and you learn a lot from people, so it is an experience where you not only walk away with a film shooting experience but also some life lessons.
I am very much a newby in this industry, but I've learnt that no matter what talent you have or don't have, working with an agency is a great chance to find and explore more things about yourself. I've left this experience wanting to do more modelling work because I realised I'm actually ok at this and it's given me an outlet to express myself in ways I never thought I could before.
In regards to job searching I haven't been very proactive, so I was very surprised when I received the call from Talent Management and I went to the filming job the following week. Now I will certainly be more active - by ensuring that I update my profile more often and searching for work, mainly because I really left this experience feeling like a different person as I explored another avenue of myself.
I joined Talent Management, because my girlfriend suggested it would be a good idea. At first, I wasn't sure about modelling and I didn't really see myself as model, but I gave it a go, and wasn't it worth it?! I am now really looking forward to the next role I am offered. You know, it's not about the money, but more so that Talent Management will provide you with access to a positive and unique experience where you can learn more about different industries, different people but most importantly, yourself.

I did some further work with Protege International, and again they were fantastic to work for. The day was really enjoyable, a range of pictures were taken and I was given clear direction as to what was required. I would certainly work with them again in the future. Very professional. Thanks to Talent Management for yet another great assignment!

I was feeling a bit nervous on the night before my assignment. My job was to pose as someone charging an electric car at a car electric car charge point. I had to be at the location in Milton Keynes at 8.30am that morning. It was my first time as a model, but when I met the photo crew they made me feel very relaxed. At the end of the shoot I felt great as I had a lot of fun. I have a friend who wants to be a model and have told them to sign up to Talent Management, as I got work after only 2 months of registering! I will be keeping my e-portfolio up to date to ensure I get offered further exciting opportunities. I signed up with Talent Management to gain experience within the modelling industry, and a little extra money is always a bonus.

I have been working as a model for Talent Management for three years and this assignment was by far the most enjoyable. The care home shoot was organised to perfection (with no waiting around at all!), the location was very impressive and the food was excellent. It was a pleasure to work with Pat again and with Emma and Jade for the first time - I am sure they would agree it was a very happy team. The crew (Chris, Sophie and Laura) were very friendly and knew exactly what they required and got it from us in a very easy manner. I would be very happy to work with them anytime.

This is the second modelling job that I have got through Talent Management. I model very regularly and have to say the whole process through this agency and the clients is always very professional. Modelling for Persol Sunglasses was the first time I have been a 'hand model' - it was very interesting to experience a new type of work and has opened my eyes up to other potential opportunities, which I otherwise wouldn't have had without the booking provided through Talent Management.

I had a great time being a model for the day - the people I worked with were fantastic and we had lots of fun shooting. The setting was superb and the area was full of sublime natural beauty. I was so happy to get the phone call from Talent Management - modelling is something I have wanted to do for a long time and I was very pleased with the outcome. Looking forward to my next assignment with Talent Management - thank you!

Being an actor/entertainer for MediKidz in connection with Vision Express was an amazing and unforgettable experience. The most enjoyable part of the assignment was working with year two primary school kids and entertaining, teaching and informing them about eye care.
The assignment required myself and a group of 4 other talents to dress up as MediKidz super heroes and go into a primary school and teach/inform kids about eye health care and how it is important. I certainly gained a new profound knowledge and gained experience on this assignment and would recommend this type of assignment to anyone especially those who loves to work in groups and with children. Thanks to Talent Management for the great opportunity!
