Ten of our up and coming child models here at Models Direct were chosen to take part in two days of filming for a series of educational videos. The videos were made especially for the Kids Chinese Club. The shoot was to promote an online programme teaching children how to speak basic Mandarin.
The client was looking for models with certain looks from mixed backgrounds in the London area between the ages of five and eleven. Models Direct jumped on the case and searched their database for models who matched this very specific requirement. After two carefully planned casting sessions, the lucky ten child models were selected, including Jada and Annie.
Kim Raffan from Kids Chinese Club was incredibly happy with how the filming went, and full of praise for Models Direct. "Having spoken to many agencies, Models Direct were the most professional," he says. "The model casting and filming were well co-ordinated and the child models were great. Now they're teaching kids all over the world how to speak Chinese."
On assignment, the children quickly became friends and all had a great time, especially celebrating Jada's birthday in a Chinese restaurant. They are all enthusiastic about carrying on their modelling careers with Models Direct. "I really enjoyed my time with everyone," said Annie. "And I'd be delighted to do it all again."
