Models spent a day in the pub for Wells and Young's Brewery's annual report. One model said this about his assignment...

Models Direct recently received a rather strange request for models who looked like ale drinkers. One of our clients, Evolving Media Ltd, were looking for 25 men and women to model to appear in imagery featured in brewer Wells and Young's Brewery's annual report.

Wells and Young's brews and distributes a range of lagers and ales including Bombardier, Red Stripe and Corona. This meant that the client had a very specific ‘look' that they wanted for the models, ranging in ages and ethnicities, depending on which beer was being represented.

The 25 models were required for four photographic assignments across a number of locations. As the end result was to be used for a brewery, pubs and restaurants provided perfect locations for the shoot and a nice relaxed atmosphere for the models. You can't complain when you're being paid to spend the day in a pub!

"It was a great experience," said Glenn, one of the models. "I was well directed and loved working with all the other models and the crew. Being a model is a great experience, especially through Models Direct. The always make things as easy and comfortable as possible!"

"I felt it was a productive day which gave me a good understanding of what I am to do as a new model," added Charles. "It felt very nerve wracking to start with but after a few shots and getting to know the other models it was a fun day."
